More CRM through CTI client

All CTI functionalities can be used directly in the CRM application and without client installation at the work station. Thanks to caller recognition relevant information and data, such as a customer profile, can be selected and displayed directly through the CRM solution. The call may be automatically logged in the activities and notes may be attached.

Integrated phone functionalities

Incoming calls can be answered directly over the interface or the phone. Functionalities like hold, forwarding or dropping are available directly in the CTI client. The click-to-call technology provides the ability to directly initiate a call to a contact in the CRM solution, which can then be controlled by the client.
