The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (Telekommunikationsgesetz, TKG) 2003). In this data protection information we will inform you on the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on the website or via e-mail, the data provided by you will be stored for four weeks by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be divulged without your consent.
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are text files which are stored on your end device using the browser. They do not cause any damage.
If you do not want this to happen, you can set your browser so that it notifies you when cookies are sent to it and that you accept this only on a case-by-case basis.
If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be limited.
This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). For this, cookies which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users are used. The information on your use of this website (including your anonymized IP address, the last 3 digits will, however, be deleted, therefore your whole IP address will no longer be transmitted to Google) which is generated by the cookie is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.
We have concluded a corresponding agreement with the provider for processing order data.
The relation to the web analysis provider is based on standard contractual clauses on the market
or, respectively, an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for the USA: “Privacy Shield”).
The data procession is done on the basis of the statutory provisions set out in sec. 96 par. 3 of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as in art. 6 par. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our aim in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our range of products and of our web presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data will be pseudonymized.
User data will be stored for a duration of 26 months.
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter through our website. For this, we need your e-mail address, first name and surname, title and a declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Your data will then be forwarded to the service “MailChimp” and processed there.
As soon as you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing a link with which you can confirm the subscription.
You may cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with sending the newsletter.
In principal, you have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you think that processing your data violates data protection law or that your claims under data protection laws have been violated in any other way, you may complain to the regulatory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
